The referral award is USD 75 per Customer.

Referral award will be automatically added to your account once the referred Customer
completes 90 days activation period.

Only one Referral award is given per Customer. If a Customer is referred by more than
one referrer, the first referral received will be the one rewarded. In case of any dispute,
Company reserves the right of the decision after consultation with the Customer.

Placement of advertisements and referral methods for the Company are at the sole
discretion of the Referrer. However, in order to solicit sales, the Referrer shall not make
promises or issue any warranty either expressed or implied pertaining to the goods or
services offered by the Company unless authorized in writing by the Company to do so.
All promotional activities are undertaken by the Reseller to promote the Company’s Products
and Services shall be made in accordance with prudent business practices and in
accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Country of designated
territory.

The Referrer may make use of the Company’s trademarks for the sole purpose of
promoting the Company’s goods or services. Any such use shall be in accordance with
the Company's trademark policies. It is expressly understood that this referral agreement
does not grant the Referrer any interest in the Company’s trademarks or any other
intellectual property rights.

The relationship of the Referrer with the Company shall at all times be that of
independent contractor/s. No employment, partnership or joint venture relationship is
formed by this referral agreement and at no time may the Referrer position itself as
affiliated to the Company, except as an independent referrer. In view of this independent
relationship, the Referrer shall not enter into any agreements on behalf of the Company,
shall make no warranty either expressed or implied on behalf of the Company and shall
not incur any expenses on behalf of the Company.

This referral agreement does not grant exclusive rights to the Referrer to act as referrer
on behalf of the Company and the Referrer shall have no rights under any other
agreements entered into by the Company with other Referrer/s.

Referrer must not disparage Company, the Company website or the Company’s
Products or Services, or portray any of these in a derogatory or negative manner to
negatively influence any potential or existing Customers of the Company that may have
a direct or indirect effect on Company sales, profits or reputation.

Referrer has no authority to bind Company to any agreements or sales orders.

Referrer shall have no authority to modify any prices, credit terms, sales programs or
other terms or conditions of sale without prior authorization from Company. Company
shall have the right, from time to time, at its sole discretion, to change the price of theCompany's Product or Services. The company may provide notice of price changes on its
website.

The Referrer agrees not to disclose any confidential information pertaining to the
Company's goods or services nor that of prospective or existing customers to any third
party. The Referrer may do follow-up inquiries with its referred customers to confirm
their purchase and to gather feedback about their experience with the Company's goods
or services as supplied.

Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold the other party (and any other relation to the
another party) harmless against any and all claims of whatsoever nature arising from
misrepresentation, default, misconduct, failure to perform or any other activity related to this
agreement.

Company reserves the right to change the terms and/or rewards at any time without
notice or to terminate the referral program.

This Agreement, its subject matter and the parties’ respective rights and obligations
hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Singapore, without giving effect to principles regarding conflicts of law.
