To install Sapaad Biometrics:

  1. Run the Setup file; it's a simple, one-click installation.
  2. Enter the unique Serial Number printed on the fingerprint reader device.
  3. Enter the Location API Key. To find your Location API Key, visit Setup > Location Setup and select your location. Click on Print Settings > Secondary Printers. Note the Location API Key under Sapaad Cloud Print Agent.
  4. You can then start enrolling your staff.

To enroll a user:

  1. Open Sapaad Biometrics.
  2. Click the menu icon on top left and select Enroll.
  3. Select the user you want to enroll from the dropdown list.
  4. Next, the user must place their finger on the scanner repeatedly to enroll their fingerprint.
  5. Once the touch login ID is ready, the user can log in to Sapaad by authenticating their enrolled fingerprint.

Yes, a user can enroll with more than one fingerprint.

  1. Open Sapaad Biometrics.
  2. Click the menu icon on top left and select Manage Users.
  3. Click Add Fingerprint against the user that wants to add another fingerprint.

  5. Once the touch login ID is ready, the user can log in to Sapaad by authenticating their enrolled fingerprint.
