In addition, to support our customers through this difficult time, we are offering to waive all “Account Freeze” charges; for those of you who are having to temporarily pause operations, you can now opt for our four-month “Account Freeze” option for no extra charge. During the freeze period, your data will be retained so that you can resume your operations gracefully when the situation normalizes. This also applies to locations/outlets in your plan — if you have multiple locations and you need to pause operations at some of them, you can choose to ‘freeze’ those locations in Sapaad and pay for only the locations still active.
