New CRM Take-Away Workflow

 

Sapaad now features seamless support for customer pickup or take away. When a new customer places a take away order from your restaurant instead of having it delivered, you can create a new customer profile with just the name and number—no delivery address required.

For New Customers:

Visit CRM  to create a new customer profile. Fill in the customer’s name and number. Click on Store Pickup, select the store, add menu items, and place the order!

 

For Existing Customers in your CRM:

Visit CRM to search for the customer’s number in the search field. Click on the Store Pickup button below the address field. Select the store, add menu items, and place the order!

You’ll find take away orders under Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > Take Away Orders.

Our new CRM take-away workflow is a simplified, elegant way of handling customer pickups and will be sure to boost your order workflow.
